About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive / Engineer to manage procurement activities related to Electrical and Automation products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in vendor coordination, material procurement, and cost-effective purchasing while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle procurement of Electrical and Automation products as per project requirements

• Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers

• Prepare purchase orders, compare quotations, and negotiate prices

• Ensure timely material delivery as per project schedules

• Maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation

• Coordinate with project, store, and accounts teams

• Ensure materials meet quality and technical specifications

• Monitor inventory levels and support cost optimization

Required Qualifications

• Graduate / Any Graduation

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in purchase or procurement activities

• Knowledge of Electrical and Automation products

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Basic understanding of technical specifications and BOQ

• Proficient in MS Excel and documentation work
