About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer with basic PLC knowledge to join our team in Jaipur. The selected candidate will undergo a 3-month training program before being confirmed as a full-time employee.

Training & Salary Structure

• Training Duration: 3 Months

• Stipend during Training: ₹10,000 per month

• Salary after Confirmation: ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain electrical control panels and automation systems.

• Assist in PLC programming, testing, and troubleshooting.

• Support the design and execution of automation projects.

• Maintain technical documentation and prepare project reports.

• Perform preventive maintenance and resolve technical issues.

• Coordinate with project managers and clients for technical requirements.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.

• Basic understanding of PLC operations and automation systems.

• Good knowledge of electrical wiring, schematics, and circuit diagrams.

• Problem-solving ability and willingness to learn.
